Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup shrimp stock
  • 1-1/2 cup broccoli florets and stems
  • 1-1/2 cup cauliflower florets and stems
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 pound shrimp, shelled with tails on, and deveined
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced brown crimini mushrooms

Chopsuey Filipino Style

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kilo shrimp
  • 1 chayote ( sliced)
  • 1 medium size carrot (sliced)
  • 1/2 kilo Chinese cabbage ( sliced)
  • 1/4 kilo cauliflower
  • 6 pieces quail’s eggs
  • 1 glass water
